This team member will be responsible for supporting the Finance and Operations Team in all cash movements across our strategies which include credit, private equity and real estate.

Responsibilities Include:

​

● Reviewing, instructing, and verifying daily wires and ensuring all payments are

complete

● Proactively reconciling cash breaks within in-house accounting systems

● Monitoring and managing the organization’s bank relationships

● Be responsible for fulfilling banking KYC requirements and requests

● Main point of contact for US Treasury team

● Assist the team with the implementation of new Treasury management system

and maintenance of the tool

● Identifying process improvement opportunities

● Implement a process of regular review of distribution capacity for the Credit

Master entities and provide proactive updates to the US controllers about the

available distributable amounts

● Review bank fees are in line with the agreements

● Provide training on TMS usage to both internal and externals users (asset

managers, local service providers)

● Funding management and currency management with US Treasury team

● Placing available cash on short term deposit

● Filling in account opening forms/ closing forms for Luxembourg based and

oversight entities

● Requesting/ providing swift confirmation and tracking payments

Required Background and Qualifications:

​

● 5-7 years of related experience

● Bachelor’s Degree

● Strong Excel skills

● Excellent attention to detail and work ethic

● Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple

parties

● Prior experience with treasury management systems is required

● Experience with credit strategy would be considered as an advantage

● Fluent in English both written and spoken
