Starting in 1999, Frederic began his career as a Dealer in Foreign Exchange and Money Market at GRUPPO INTESA, where he ensured money market and FX desk activities.

 

From 2008 to 2015, he served as a Treasury Manager at UCB Lux SA, managing interest rates risk, FX exposure, and cash position for the group.

 

In 2014 and 2015, and in parallel to the job at UCB, he performed the EDHEC Executive Master in Management program, working as a Project Consultant and providing strategic diagnosis and solutions to SME spring industry, identifying threats/opportunities of the environment and defining strategic roadmaps.

 

From 2015 to 2022, he held the position of Senior Treasury Project Manager at RTL GROUP, where he managed the implementation of a Global Payment Solution and Bank Account Management tool. This involved coordinating and managing resources from the Treasury team, affiliates, and IT, as well as implementing new guidance and processes for managing powers of signatures and bank accounts for the group.

 

Starting in 2023, he is serving as the Director of Treasury Corporate Finance at RTL GROUP in Luxembourg. In this role, Frederic leads the project to replace the group's treasury management system and provide support to the Head of Treasury in managing the team and decision-making. He also supervises the implementation of cash pooling and banking platform harmonization in the Nordic countries and assists the front-office team with specific requests such as mergers, acquisitions, and FX exposure/results analyses.

 

Throughout his career, Frederic has developed a deep expertise in finance and treasury management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and providing strategic support to senior leadership.
